THE COMMITMENT
Breakthrough Saint Paul is a tuition-free program. But the way that students and families pay for the experience is through their commitment. Because we only have a limited number of spots and often must turn very qualified applicants away, everyone that we do accept must take full advantage of the opportunities we provide.
