TEACH THIS SUMMER
Breakthrough Saint Paul is looking for a diverse group of 26 talented high school and college students to teach highly-motivated, under-resourced middle school students from Saint Paul in summer 2010. You could be one of them!

The Breakthrough summer teaching internship offers ...

• An opportunity to teach your passion. Create and teach your own courses in math, English, science, social studies, and electives with the support of an experienced mentor teacher.
• Training in lesson planning, classroom management, and student-centered teaching
• A chance to work with a fun, cohesive, diverse faculty comprised of other amazing students from around the country
• Leadership opportunities related to special events, fields trips, and committees.
• An experience that has been rated by “The Princeton Review” as one of the top ten college internships in the nation
• Stipend of $2500 for two months of full-time work, June 14 - August 13, 2010.
