TEACH THIS SUMMER
Breakthrough Saint Paul is looking for a diverse group of 26 talented high school and college students to teach highly-motivated, under-resourced middle school students from Saint Paul in summer 2012. You could be one of them!

The Breakthrough summer teaching internship offers ...

• An opportunity to teach rigorous academic courses in English, science, social studies, and electives with the support of an experienced mentor teacher, and the opportunity to weave in content that you are most excited to teach!
• Training in lesson planning, classroom management, and student-centered teaching
• A chance to work with a fun, cohesive, diverse faculty comprised of other amazing students from around the country
• Leadership opportunities related to special events, fields trips, and committees.
• An experience that has been rated by “The Princeton Review” as one of the top ten college internships in the nation
• Stipend of $2500 for two months of full-time work, June 11 - August 10, 2012.
